This garden needed planting which could handle the harsh afternoon sun – a westerly aspect. The front garden had a steep slope which was negotiated by two sets of retaining walls. The client wanted nice strong turfed areas for the children to kick a foot ball on. The house had beenĀ  refurbished and the lines were straight and contemporary.

We chose plants with a sculptural look like Dracaena marginata to provide a scale to the high walls.
