A fee proposal is prepared outlining the scope of works and the stages of design & documentation.

Detailed Planting Plans are drawn from the concept plan showing all plants selected, pot sizes and quantities. We can offer the option of supplying plants at wholesale prices to clients who wish to save money and undertake the planting process themselves.

We can provide a finishes schedule to document the finishes of the hardscape.
