When we were approached to design a garden for this new spec home, part of the brief as it came through the council was to provide for a rain garden.
At Earth Matters Consulting we are forever looking for ways to implement a design with sustainability at its core. What better way than to start with a rain garden! The lowest part of the site being at the front, we designed the rain garden there. We then carried out the theme by providing for a ‘dry pebble river’ across the driveway.
